EMAEE March 2017 Meeting - 3/14/17 at Lawrence Tech
The East Michigan Association of Energy Engineers invites you to attend their meeting on Tuesday March 14, 2017.

PACE - A New Paradigm Revolutionizing Clean Energy Finance
Lean & Green Michigan is a statewide property assessed clean energy - or PACE - program available to all local governments free of charge. As of February, 29 local governments representing 62% of all Michiganders have joined this statewide public-private partnership, and six PACE projects have closed representing over $3,000,000 of clean energy upgrades. PACE financing solves the twin problems of high up-front costs and long paybacks for many energy efficiency, water efficiency and renewable energy upgrades. In Michigan, PACE is available for privately owned commercial property, whether for profit or non-profit.
